By accessing VisaFlow Pro or thegiantreach.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it through automated means, by reverse-engineering it, or by using it to violate any law.

The Consultant plan is a one-time fee of $127. The Agency plan is custom-priced. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described at checkout.

All content, trademarks, and software on the service are the property of The Giant Reach or its licensors.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Giant Reach does not provide legal or immigration advice; the platform is a software tool.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Giant Reach shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
