I've always been interested in one question: How can technology make the way a business works simpler, more reliable and less dependent on manual effort?
My background started in Marketing and Digital Marketing, where I learned how businesses attract customers, understand their needs and build systems around growth. I hold an ND in Marketing and I am currently studying for a BSc in Business Administration. I am also a certified digital marketer and certified web designer.
I started The Giant Reach as a service business, initially working with immigration consultancies and visa businesses on client acquisition and digital workflows. Working closely with these businesses exposed a larger problem: many of the processes behind their day-to-day operations were still heavily dependent on spreadsheets, messages, manual data entry and disconnected tools.
That changed the direction of The Giant Reach. Instead of only helping businesses solve individual problems manually, I began building the software systems behind those workflows. I am continuing to deepen my software engineering skills while building full-stack applications and developing products around real business problems.
That led to VisaByte — a case management and client operations platform built for immigration businesses. It brings client cases, documents, tasks, communication and operational work into one organized workspace.
VisaByte is the first expression of a broader direction for The Giant Reach: building software that fits the way businesses actually work. Immigration is where we started, but the underlying problem exists across many service businesses — too much important work still depends on manual processes.
I am also continuing to deepen my software engineering skills, with a growing focus on production systems, automation and MLOps.
