The path

From business workflows to software engineering

Academics

Marketing & Business Administration

I hold an ND in Marketing and I am studying for a BSc in Business Administration. That foundation taught me how businesses attract customers, understand demand and turn strategy into execution. I am also a certified digital marketer and certified web designer.

The turn

From campaigns to code

I started The Giant Reach as a service business, helping immigration consultancies and visa agencies acquire clients and improve their workflows. Working directly with these businesses revealed a recurring problem: important operational work was still being handled manually across disconnected tools.

Now

Building software end to end

I now build full-stack applications, CRM systems and SaaS products around real business workflows. My work covers data models, authentication, dashboards, portals, APIs, integrations and deployment, while I continue deepening my software engineering skills through structured training and hands-on projects.

Next

Deepening into MLOps

My longer-term technical direction is MLOps Engineering: building the production systems, automation, deployment and monitoring infrastructure that help machine-learning applications operate reliably. I am building toward that through Python, Docker, cloud infrastructure and CI/CD.
